Do I need to give my card details to experience the trial?
Noooo! We get it, you want to have a look around. Simply click for the trial, you’ll be asked a few questions and the team will set you up. We offer 14-day trials for teams.
What happens after purchase?
Within 48 hours, The Content Architects will contact you via email to set you up and then you are ready to go. We work closely with our customers, so you can get the most from the tool.
At the moment, we are excited to be offering an onboarding call to all our customers to help them put their best foot forward.
There are lots of sites on national days and awareness days, what’s different here?
The Key Dates Finder has been designed to help professionals looking to gain better insight into buzz points throughout the year and promote their brand. We aim to help businesses, charities, institutions, media, and experts.
We have also taken the decision not to include many events which we think have little leverage.
Our databases feature a range of events and include powerful features to help you plan in advance with confidence.
Can I filter according to my sector?
On the platform, you can filter dates by sectors. We have noticed some of the best opportunities are not always those directly linked to your industry. Going outside your sector helps you stand out, appear dynamic and attract new audiences. If you have a specific request please get in touch, and we will do our best to help.
I need to add more people or view more months ahead. Is a tailored version possible?
Talk to us. We understand that you might be a freelancer who needs to view 6-plus months ahead. Or you have 15 employees and you want the best deal. We get it, so drop us a message and we can talk.
What if I change my mind?
We do want you to feel confident in your purchase. To help, we have done our best to communicate everything that is included and offer a trial.
To cancel, simply cancel the account from your billing section or email us within 3 days of your next payment, and no new payments will be taken from your account. Unfortunately, we are unable to give refunds due to the nature of the product. You can switch to a new plan at any time by going to your account. Select the plan you’d like to switch to and immediately start using new features. But if you are unsure, you can always reach out to team@thecontentarchitects.com. We are friendly and understand you may have questions.
